精选三个葡萄品种的首轮压榨,大部分在橡木小酒桶中酿造。 混酿以兰斯山北部和马恩河谷右岸前几公里的风土为主,莫尼耶皮诺占50%,然后掺入等份的霞多丽和黑皮诺。
储备酒占调配的一半,此乃香槟产区的卓异之处。
