逾30款产区特酿的成分属于秘方。 72特酿的成分是永久储备酒(solera),以新收获葡萄酿造,精选莫尼耶、霞多丽和黑皮诺的首轮压榨,其中一部分(20%)在木桶中进行首轮发酵。

本特酿带酒脚陈酿36个月,并在除渣后,于酒窖中再进行36个月的成熟。 经过这72个月的耐心等待,一款忠于其原汁原味的葡萄酒于焉诞生,香气灵动,从果香演变为花香、辛香,甚至是烤面包香调。

跃然而出的头香仍然略以柑橘类水果为主,再由白色花朵渐次登场,如橙花、山楂、淡雅金合欢等。 沉得住气的品鉴者终将觅得香料、藏红花或雪松木香调。

品尝

入口生动活泼,沁人心脾。 香气个性鲜明,融合醋栗果冻和黑色水果风味。 奶油质地散发出隐隐约约的蜂蜜和干果味。 余韵非常纯净,悠长而满口盈香。

“Perfect as an aperitif. It goes well with elaborate fish main courses, molluscs and small crustaceans or with light appetizers. In the glass, it announces itself with a festive and fine perlage, very persistent; the color is straw yellow, with slight golden shades. A delicate symphony resonates on the nose, where floral and fruity sensations are embellished with touches of yeast and bread crust. On the palate it is subtle, sensual, with a satisfying and decidedly balanced body, which relies on a fresh sip.”
